Company Overview Enbarr Productions Limited, trading as Old Hill Railworks, manufactures equipment for rideable miniature railways. The company specialises in Narrow Gauge rolling stock and human powered railway vehicles for 7.25”/7.5”, 10.25”, and larger gauges. Role Summary As an International Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, expanding market reach, and driving growth across international markets. Your expertise in manufacturing and export, combined with your strategic mindset, will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives. Responsibilities Product Strategy Development Lead effort to define and refine our product portfolio and marketing strategy. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals. Market Expansion Identify target markets and assess their potential for growth. Create market entry strategies, considering cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and regional consumer behaviours. Establish partnerships and distribution channels to penetrate new regions. Brand Positioning and Messaging Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Ensure consistent messaging across marketing channels. Position our products as premium offerings within the miniature railway industry. Product Launches and Campaigns Lead international product launches, coordinating with regional partners. Develop marketing campaigns that highlight product features, benefits, and unique selling points. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Work closely with company leadership to ensure seamless product development and distribution. Build strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and retailers. Qualifications Education Master’s degree in Marketing, Product Strategy, or a related field. Six Sigma Lean Certification, Black Belt preferred Experience Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing and product strategy, preferably with export to international markets. Minimum 5 years experience in sales / client management in manufacturing and/or product distribution industries. Skills Strategic thinking and analytical abilities. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
