Job description
We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to join our clients team in County LouthDescription:
- Overall day-to-day management of Project and Site Team
- Representation at Client Progress Meetings
- Co-ordination of specialist sub-contractors and suppliers
- Co-ordination and management of information flow with Client and Design Team:
- RFIs
- Technical Submittals
- Programme management – Agreeing work sequencing with Client and reporting progress
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and procedures
- Recording and reporting of commercial issues to Project QS
- Quality control and BCAR documentation
Requirements:
- Min 10-years experience in similar role
- Rail experience preferred but not essential
