HR Executive – the Gibson HotelWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in the excellent Gibson Hotel!This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, has xcellent interpersonal and communication skills and thrives in a dynamic environment.Objective of the RoleReporting to the HR Manager, the HR executive will provide support to the people operations of the hotel. They will also support in recruitment & selection, employee engagement and training & development of our talented employees.Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection for the hotel.
- Drive Training and Development for employees of the hotel.
- Assist in maintaining a positive work environment by supporting engagement initiatives
- Support HR Administrative duties.
- Be a trusted advisor to the hotel team.
Requirements:
- 1 years experience in Human Resources.
- Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
- Ability to drive Training and Development .
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential
