Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Senior Accountant for a company in Salem, OR. The selected candidate will be part of a fast-paced environment, handling accounting duties for 3-4 entities. The role involves maintaining general ledgers, performing account reconciliations, handling billing and month-end processes, and processing payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate maintenance of general ledger for 3-4 entities.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Manage monthly billing activities.

• Conduct month-end processes to close the accounting period.

• Utilize Great Plains Dynamics and Great Plains Accounting software for various accounting tasks.

• Process bi-monthly payroll, bonuses, stipends for the entities.

• Handle payroll adjustments as needed throughout the month.

• Leverage Excel for data management and analysis.

• Ensure high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, business management highly desired

• 5+ years of relevant experience is ideal

• Multi-entity accounting experience a plus

• General ledger, reconciliation, billing, and month end experience required

• MS Dynamic GP experience a plus

• ADP experience is a plus

• Ability to work in fast paced environment with high level of attention to detail
