C# Developer (Azure Functions/Logic Apps)Location : Dublin
Duration : 6+ months – extendableSummarySW Development : Java / C# / .NET framework / REST APIs, UML,
Cloud Development : Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Storage / DBs / File Transfer as a Service
Environment / Tools : Maven / Visual Studio / Git / Postman
Database : Oracle, advanced SQL, Stored Procedures
Development Lifecycle: Agile, Scrum, ADO CI/CDSW Development

• Proficiency in using development tools and IDEs such as Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code for C# development and debugging.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools for automating the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of migration strategies, such as rehosting, refactoring, or rearchitecting, and understanding of best practices for cloud migration is important.

Ability to assess the existing Java codebase, identify dependencies, and plan the migration process accordingly. * Experience generating Class Diagrams, Sequence diagrams and other UML diagrams from code would be good.APIs & Integration

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and understanding of how to integrate different systems and services using APIs.
• Familiarity with integration patterns such as request-response, publish-subscribe, and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) and status codes (200, 400, 500, etc.).
• Proficiency in testing APIs using tools like Postman, curl, or Swagger.
• Understanding of API security concepts, including authentication (OAuth, JWT, API keys) and authorization (RBAC, OAuth scopes).

Cloud Development:

• Understanding of serverless computing concepts and extensive hands-on experience with Azure Functions is required. Knowledge of triggers, bindings, and deployment options for Azure Functions
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps and experience using connectors, actions, and triggers within Logic Apps
• Understanding of cloud computing principles, such as scalability and elasticity
