Bar Manager· Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficiency and excellence.· Coordinate with the Director of Food & beverage and the General Manager to develop and implement operational procedures and policies including the induction, development and training of new colleagues.· Oversee rostering and customer bookings to ensure maximum utilisation of the outlet. - 5+ years previous bar management experience in either a manager or assistant manager role
- Candidate must be located in Cork or willing to relocate
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the local market place
Desired Criteria
- Previous hotel bar management experience
- Previous pre opening experience in a hotel or large venue with an eye for detail
