Job Description:POSITION SUMMARYTo successfully manage the Irish Service Departments reactive workload and operate the department in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring approved procedures are adhered too.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dealing with customer’s; engineer’s & subcontractor’s telephone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner
  • Raising all orders from service supply and requesting PO for services.
  • Processing reported equipment ‘Breakdowns’. Validating contract cover and coordinating engineers to attend to progress an on-site fix where applicable. Raising and managing tasks on the scheduling system and call out systems as required with the help of the planner/scheduler team.
  • Coordinating any reactive repair including scheduling CE and sourcing any parts, services. OEM (crash kit or via inventory / logistics) and non-OEM parts.
  • Tracking all part orders from CSW and updating technical managers when all parts are ready to start job.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Several years of experience in customer support, customer service management, or a related field
  • College degree
  • Previous success in office management
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.
