Your role
Operate cameras linked to the video image control system to develop and conceive photography and visual effects via framing and original camera shots, with a view to meeting and anticipating the program’s desired objectives as well as artistic, dramatic and other intentions; co-ordinate setup and checking of equipment under your control. Perform camera operator duties.
Please note these are on-call, casual, part-time opportunities. You may be required to work different shifts (day, evening, night and weekends).
Job requirements:
Qualifications:
- Community college diploma in electronics technology (audiovisual option) or other relevant field
- Education or equivalent knowledge
- Three (3) or more years’ experience to ensure strong command of the essential skills and knowledge needed to develop and create photography and visual effects when shooting alone.
Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
