Position Title: Financial Analyst II

Location: Sunfish Lake, MN (Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite, flexible days)

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Payrange: $45 to 50/hr

Job Type: Contract and Hybrid

Job Description:

A well-respected industry leader is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Financial Analyst for a 3-month contract role with the potential for extension. This individual will be responsible for a newly implemented process focused on payment file clearings in industry specific ERP system. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in reconciliation and error resolution, with a strong ability to work independently and document processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage payment file clearings in Agris as the primary responsibility.

Identify, resolve, and document errors in the payment clearing process.

Collaborate with shared services teams nationwide to reconcile payments between SAP and Agris systems.

Develop and document new processes for payment clearings and error resolutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.

Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative; able to take ownership of a new process with limited guidance.

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP and Agris, is a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with remote shared services staff.

This position is ideal for a proactive analyst ready to step into a new process, troubleshoot independently, and collaborate with a dispersed team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in payment reconciliations.
