Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for a Project Manager to deliver planned improvement programmes for preventative and cyclical maintenance, making sure they’re delivered safely, on time and on budget.A typical day for you would include managing fire remediation project, carrying out tendering processes and electronic procurement activities, inspecting works, reconciling and settling accounts and valuations, reviewing risk assessments and method statements, and making sure all projects meet CDM regulations.You’ll have experience of managing a project team and managing fire remediation projects, ideally in a social housing environment, as well as supporting the implementation, procurement, delivery, and supervision of maintenance contracts.With outstanding technical knowledge, including a degree level qualification in building surveying or related technical subject, you’ll keep our contractors on board to deliver first-class work and our customers safe.When we’re hiring, we look for people who connect with our KOSMIHC values:
