Job DescriptionLogistics Manager£35,000 – £45,000 P/AGosportFull time | PermanentAre you an experienced Warehouse/Logistics Manager?Do you have excellent health and safety awareness and people management skills?Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Logistics Manager to join the team.The main purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the operations of the depot, including the transport and the warehouse functions.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 P/A, depending on experience.This role is full-time and permanent.Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed by everyone on site
- Planning and organisation of logistics workloads
- Maintaining quality control measures
- Being responsible for depot KPI’s and ensuring efficient use of resources, drivers and vehicles
- Managing and motivating the team
- Building relationships with internal teams and external partners
The ideal candidate:
- Must have similar experience from a multiple client logistics fulfillment operation
- Will have excellent health and safety knowledge and be very customer focused
- Needs to have strong communication skills, a positive and friendly attitude and the ability to lead by example.
