Education Recommendation
Currently a candidate for a doctoral degree as a full-time student in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school in the US.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As a part of our team, you will work on creating algorithms, architectures, and prototype systems for programmable networks and the next generation of automated network systems and software. You will contribute to research related to:
- Machine Learning (LLM, Federated Learning) applications to networking
- Low latency networking for XR applications, and Edge Clouds
- Network Algorithms and Analytics,
- Blockchains and their Uses in Networking
- Network Attack Detection and Mitigation and other areas of Network Security
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding of network systems and/or applications of Machine Learning/LLMs and algorithms to Networking.
- Strong research interest in building network systems and/or designing network algorithms, ML use in networks.
- Combinatorial optimization and network algorithms, use of ML tools, federated learning, working with open source LLMs, or
- Virtual switches, eBPF, user space networking, programmable networking, or
- XR protocols, applications
