Project ManagerLocation: Cardiff (Hybrid Working)Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefitsCPS Group are partnering with a global leader in the field of data restoration and email archive migration, known for its expertise in Electronically Stored Information migration. This organisation is seeking a Project Manager to join their team and lead data and email archive migration projects for a wide range of clients.As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and coordinating with technical teams. You’ll play a key role in planning, implementing, and introducing migrations from legacy platforms to new systems and technologies.Responsibilities:
- Manage migration projects end-to-end, ensuring commitments on scope, deliverables, and timelines are met.
- Create and maintain project schedules, tracking progress using project management tools.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular status updates and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with technical teams to monitor milestones and ensure a smooth migration process.
- Document and manage project scope changes using change request forms.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for process improvement.
- Support the development of more efficient migration processes in collaboration with leadership.
