Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Seasonal Farm Tractor/Forklift Operator. In this role, you will operate tractors and forklifts to assist with various farming activities, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials and equipment on the farm.

Responsibilities:

• Operate farm tractors for various tasks, including tilling, planting, harvesting, and transporting materials.
• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move products and supplies within the farm or warehouse setting.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tractors and forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition. Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops as needed. Work closely with farm staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, materials moved, and any relevant farm activities.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals and maintain a productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating tractors and forklifts is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail in all operations.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
