Global Transaction Banking Group is the Product & Sales Support function that provides product expertise to the various segments of Kotak Bank, spanning Consumer Bank, Commercial Bank and Wholesale Banking divisions. Products range include cash management payment & collections solutions, escrow services & dividend business and trade finance services ( import and export services, funded and non-funded products and forex remittances).
We are currently looking for Channel Manager in Product Support Team who can support sales team in selling CMS products and services to Corporate / CA customers in Consumer
Product Support Team is expected to help internal as well as external customers in understanding, structuring & execution of Cash Management. This team will be supporting all the verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank which includes Branch Banking, Privy, Wealth, TASC, Agri, WCG, ECG etc.
Job Role:
- Supporting all verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank in dealing with Corporate/CA customers with regards to CMS Products like Instant CMS, VAS, and Digital Payments etc.
- Interact with channels in consumer and commercial segments. Spot CMS opportunities in the market.
- Help sales team to cross sale and monitor the same the database
- Keeping track of each channel for achievement towards planned numbers
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel
- Managing Campaigns, Contests & R&R Program for CMS Consumer & Commercial Bank segment.
- Collecting Deal of the Months Analyze and Release the same to channel
- Train to enable Branch Banking RO/RM/BBRM/BOM/BM/ Sales Teams to sell respective CMS Products and close deals.
- Ensure desired penetration of the product into the market by the Relationship Team by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns and brand presence.
- Managing and monitoring present systems used for sales lead entries and suggest developments if any.
- Tracking Fees and income. Maintaining related MIS & reports.
- Run the different education/knowledge series campaigns to create awareness on CMS products.
- Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Liaise with product, IT and operations team to ensure seamless deal execution, system integration and smooth operations.
- Publishing Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS/Dashboards.
Job Requirements:
Personal

- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills & Communication
- Experience in Banking / Finance industry, Preferably an Engineer with an MBA.
- 2-4 years of post MBA experience in selling CMS / CA products
