Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center (NFMMC) is located in Niagara Falls, New York, serving patients from all across Buffalo-Niagara, Western New York, Ontario and beyond. NFMMC is Niagara’s leader in cardiovascular, women’s health care, bariatric weight loss and primary care. The Medical Center offers a full range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation, and laboratory and imaging services in the Niagara Falls, NY campus as well as its outpatient facilities.

Niagara Falls, recognized for its beautiful landscape on the Canadian border, is a great small-town community. Many of the hospital’s medical staff live in the city and the beautiful surrounding communities where there are numerous public and private school options are available. Outdoor lovers will enjoy nearby trails, wildlife areas, amazing boating opportunities and winter skiing in nearby areas. Niagara offers waterfront attractions, great restaurants, and nightlife.

General and vascular surgery, gastrointestinal and colorectal cases, orthopedic, neurology & spine, gynecology, urology, and plastics.

The CRNA position is a daytime-only position.

Our physicians work collaboratively with nurse anesthetists in a care team model. Our practices focus on ensuring that everyone has a role, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Pre-anesthesia assessment
  • Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition
  • Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Requirements

  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

  • Salary: $125.00 per hour
