Permanent – Full Time – 37.5 HoursThe Lovell IT team are recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join the team to help provide service assurance across the IT platform. The role will be based within the Tamworth office with potential to travel across our regional offices and sites where necessary.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and fast-paced IT team, giving the successful candidate the chance to make a mark and develop skills enabling professional growth. The role will liaise directly with business users, the IT team (including wider Group IT Function) and IT partners. As this is a hands-on role, there will be plenty of opportunity to help influence our delivery model.Candidates will need to hold formal qualification within IT and/or Service Delivery discipline and have solid working experience within IT Service world as well as being aware of importance of Information Security.
