Where is the work:

This position has been designated as On-Site. Work hours between 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. (every 4 weeks on-call rotation for after hours/weekends)

What you will do: 

Trane at 101 Wayne Gretzky Pkwy, Brantford, ON N3S 7N9, Canada is hiring for a Service Coordinator II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. Ultimately, this individual will coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work. This includes procuring the appropriate labor and materials for work completion within financial standards. Customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technicians, and coordinating job priorities with Service Managers will be an everyday occurrence. 

  • Coordinates service center resources, including ordering, shipping, and receiving of parts and materials. 
  • Interacts and communicates with Project Managers and Account Managers.
  • Coordinates with Procurement Department to fulfill equipment needs. 
  • Generates work orders, reviews shipping and receiving paperwork, and inputs information into a warehouse management program to generate various reports.
  • Works in the shop, as needed, to support operations.
  • Operate power equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts to load and unload equipment and/or accessories from 32’ to 53’ trailers.
  • Operate a yard truck to move and/or stage trailers for shipment.
  • Be part of the on-call rotation for loads departing after-hours and on the weekends. 

What you will bring: 

  • Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
  • Must have excellent Customer Service skills – need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
  • Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
  • Strong attention to detail and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
  • Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $ 55,100 – $69,500
