As a Junior Career Development Officer, your mission is to leverage your interpersonal and commercial skills to identify, attract, and recruit our future colleagues who will share our vision and contribute to our success.You will play a central role at Easi, serving as a crucial link between employees and Managers. Far more than just a recruiter, you will be an engaged Business Partner, at the heart of the company’s recruitment strategies. You will also contribute to the long-term career management of our employees by identifying and facilitating new internal opportunities.In recent years, we have recruited over 100 employees annually, and we need you to help us achieve our next ambitious goal of 150 hires for 2025! Your specialty is “hunting rare gems,” and while LinkedIn may be your favorite tool, you don’t stop there!   • Business Expertise: You will gain a deep understanding of Easi’s key roles and functions. This in-depth knowledge will enable you to find candidates who are not only skilled but also perfectly aligned with our culture.
  • Managing Recruitment Sources: Social media, website, schools, events… Be creative! We are convinced there are still new avenues to explore.
  • Managing the Recruitment Process from A to Z: From the manager’s request, candidate search, to offer negotiation and contract signing, you will oversee the entire process.
  • Sourcing, Selecting, and Meeting Candidates: Your role is also to turn every candidate into an Easi ambassador by providing them with an exceptional recruitment experience.
  • Drafting Job Offers and Creating Contracts: You will be responsible for writing job offers and creating contracts for new employees.
  • Proactive Follow-up: In close collaboration with our managers and team leaders, you will anticipate their needs. Your regular follow-up will ensure a continuous understanding of roles and maximum responsiveness.
  • Building Lasting Relationships: Your role goes beyond simple recruitment. It’s about integrating new talents directly into Easi, enriching our teams and roles in the long term.
  • Participating in Job Days: You will take part in Job Days with various colleges and universities in Wallonia and Brussels throughout the academic year.
  • Organizing Recruitment Events: You will be the orchestrator of these events, fostering interaction between our teams and candidates, while strengthening the bonds within Easi.
  • Continuous Improvement of Work Methods: You will contribute to the evolution and improvement of our methods to increase the quality of recruitment and optimize candidate selection.
  • Reducing Search Time: You will develop strategies to shorten the time between a job opening and contract signing.
  • Innovation and Anticipation: Recruitment is an ever-evolving activity. You will take on the challenge of staying at the forefront of trends, anticipating future needs, and proposing innovative solutions.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Management, Marketing, HR, etc.
  • Results-Oriented: Commitment to achieving and exceeding recruitment targets, with a strong team spirit.
  • Strong Commercial Sense: Ability to present the company persuasively, communicate effectively, and convince candidates of the opportunities offered.
  • Perseverance and Resilience: Determination to overcome obstacles and actively continue talent search, even in a competitive market.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changes and adjust recruitment strategies based on the company’s or market’s evolving needs.
  • Good Understanding of Business & IT-Oriented Roles.
  • Sociable, extroverted, determined.
  • Team player.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment is a clear advantage.
  • Bilingual in French/Dutch and a good level of English.
