This position is available in our concession store in Arnotts Dept Store, Henry Street, Dublin 1.DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Providing a first-class customer service.
• Managing a team of sales advisors.
• Requiring expert knowledge of all products
• Effectively communicating with other team members and driving sales within the store.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be hard working, reliable, motivated and a quick learner.
• Possess excellent customer sales and service skills.
• Retail Management experience is required, preferably within the jewellery and giftware environment.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, driven individual who is fully flexible.
• Team player.
• You must have fluent English.
• Ability to work in high pressure sales environment.

SKILLS

• · Motivated, reliable, enthusiastic & possess excellent customer service skills. The ability to manage and lead the in-store team.
