We are currently adding to our site team in Tipperary – hiring for a Maintenance Administrator.We would love to hear from anyone who is returning to the workforce after an extended career break (more than two years) :General administrative duties
- Prep for Tier meeting (Overview of safety moments, Holiday tracker, dashboards etc.,)
- Update and maintain org charts for all CQV partners
- Maintain email circulation groups
- Coordinated site visitors appointments vendors etc., to site
- Collating information for Newsletters
- Prepare storyboards
- Manage holiday tracker
- Ensure office supplies are available as required
Supporting Resources / New Starters
- Organise interview and assist candidates while on site
- Organise safety induction and onboarding for all members of the Commissioning, Validatation & Qualification (CQV) team
- Set up printer access and CAR pass
- Organise and Manage training curriculum
- Assist with arranging hotel accommodation for team members relocating to Limerick for execution phase of the project
- Support new starts with IT issues
Safety duties
- Document attendance records at safety toolbox talks etc.,
- Track Safepass and ensure all members have a valid safepass
- Ensure everyone working in the CQV team read & understand and sign off on Health & Safety plan.
- Track hours expended by team on site and submit weekly reports
- Share all safety comms with CQV eams
Doc Control Duties
- Control of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) documentation
- Project filing, scanning etc.,
- Support vendors where required for scanning and filing of documentation
:What you need in order to apply for the role:
- A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.
- Excellent ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
