  • Act as the main client contact, taking detailed briefs and transforming them into actionable agency plans.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, from budgeting and logistics to creative execution and post-campaign reporting.
  • Develop CPAs (Critical Path Analysis) and ensure all projects stay on track, on budget, and on time.
  • Coordinate resources, manage logistics, and ensure seamless delivery of experiential campaigns and advertising projects.
  • Provide actionable insights and high-quality reports to clients.
  • Mentor and guide Account Executives, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Support senior team members with presentation development and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing agency in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing mechanics, design, and production processes.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with attention to detail.
  • Confident client management and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of print specifications, creative processes, and experiential event logistics.
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A relevant 3rd-level qualification in marketing or a related field.
