The PositionThe PositionLIZY is looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to join our team.You’ll get the entrepreneurial opportunity of a lifetime while being able to start with a proven business model and guaranteed funding. We expect you to build and lead our Commercial Operations department. This will allow you to shape the very core of our business: our offering. You are expected to drive bottom and top line growth by owning key topics such as pricing, demand & supply planning, competitive intelligence, stock management, … To succeed in this position you will need to fluently collaborate with a wide range of departments within LIZY (marketing, sales, finance,…) as well as understand automotive industry dynamics to identify constraints and opportunities.This role is a perfect mix of strategic impact and operational excellence. You’ll need to be ready to roll up your sleeves while driving meaningful results.The perfect Candidate:You’re someone who thrives in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’re a commercially driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and knack for balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail. You’re just as comfortable discussing long-term strategies as you are navigating and executing on complex operational challenges. You can look at the bigger picture but are ready to dive in deep into the nitty gritty and roll up your sleeves to get things done day in and out. Your ability to adapt, prioritize, and deliver under pressure will be key to succeeding in this role.🙍‍🙋‍♂️About you

💪 Qualifications

• 2+ year of experience in the automotive industry, consulting, or a startup environment
• Strong analytical & communication skills.
• A strong academic record and extracurriculars.
• Full proficiency in French or Dutch, and English (extra language is a plus)
