Major activities to be performed:
- Establish clear understanding of accounts current business conditions, competition, suppliers, and organizational structure
- Develop a detailed understanding of the customer business strategy
- Prepare a detailed business plan to address how the company compete in Colo & Telecom market
- Develop an action plan based on the business plan
- Monitor and report progress of the plan on a regular basis
- Develop and deliver the company’s value proposition to customer
- Act as host and facilitator for developing relationships between company executives and equivalent levels of management within the account of Colo & Telecom market
- Focus on early identification and position on projects achieving maximum company target
- Develop the overall strategic program for each Colo & Telecom key accounts
- Coordinate with other department i.e. LTS, CTS, Bid management to win the business
- Coordinate with reginal team, align strategy with local MU team
- Communicate the status of account development with management team on a regular basis
- Provide forecast, booking and sales report information to management team
- Propose specific programs for each strategic Colo & Telecom account.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or related field with technical background
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
- Good communication skills in local and English language
- 10 years experienced in Sales from telecom business or relevant field in management level
- Good business sense and people skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients quickly
- Can work with a minimum supervising
- Self-motivated, initiative and meticulous
- Detailed-oriented and trustworthy
