As an Account Executive on the Legal Specialist Sales Team, you’ll be key to our success, helping us achieve ambitious customer acquisition and revenue goals.Ideally, you should have experience with the sales cycle, from driving opportunities into the funnel to effectively managing deals through each stage, ensuring maximum sales potential.In this role, you’ll consult with Legal prospects, build trusted, long-term relationships, and help solve their pain points through our products and software solutions. By doing so, you’ll support their business growth and demonstrate how our products drive efficiency.Day-to-day, you will:

  • Proactively engage with prospects from referrals, inquiries, cross-sales, up sales, and self-generated leads. Understand their needs, build strong relationships, and provide great customer service.
  • Develop and maintain your sales pipeline using our CRM and sales tools, while working towards individual and team KPIs and targets.
  • Understand the broader business challenges and technical requirements of customers. Communicate solutions effectively in person or via video conferencing, and demonstrate the value of Access solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions to ensure tailored customer demonstrations, address business and technical obstacles, and show how our product stack solves industry-specific challenges.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales while building strong internal relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your efforts.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience in the Legal or Property sectors, particularly with a focus on conveyancing, is advantageous.
  • Proven success in generating pipeline through various channels, including phone, email, and social forums, with multi-threading to win business.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies is helpful but not essential.
  • A team player with resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively engage with key stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
