Job title – Account Manager, Business to Farm (B2F) livestock product 

Location – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 

Job model – Hybrid 

As an Account Manager, you will spearhead the sales of B2F Livestock products in the vibrant Vietnamese market. You’ll be at the forefront of building and nurturing distribution networks, guiding distributors to secure key benchmark customers, and driving market expansion strategically. Your role will be pivotal in boosting sales, enhancing market share, and establishing a strong presence in the industry.

Your key responsibilities 

• Manage the sales and promotion of B2F Livestock products and achieve departmental sales targets.
• Provide technical services and product application guidance to distributors and farmers, and promote the company’s product brand.
• Identify key leverage points in the business to ensure activities comply with company guidelines and lead solution development to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to offer optimal product solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze market information, understand customer needs through return visits, and support customer secondary development.
• Monitor and execute the repayment process to enhance repayment rates and participate in additional tasks as assigned by the company or department.

You bring 

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, Animal Husbandry/Science, Veterinary Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in feed or high-end animal health and other related products.
• Good listening, speaking & writing both English & Vietnamese
• Be able to travel frequently.
• Have good business acumen, market analysis and judgment skills, and customer service.
• Patient, diligent and being able to work under high pressure
