Job Ref SH15DescriptionSector : ITSalary Basic £30,000 OTE £60,000Location: BristolOur client is a dedicated Executive Search and Recruitment Consultancy.With an exceptional proven track record of providing talented individuals to professional services organisations.Having particularly strong partnership with firms including Legal and Accountancy practices and have major clients in IT, Banking , Insurance and many other sectors.Valuing client and candidate relationships equally, always maintaining open and honest communication.Do you have a 18 months plus experience within Recruitment and would like a role which does not require business development or sales.This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a fantastic company as an Account Manager/Delivery Consultant.PLUS you only work in office on Wednesdays!Role:Developing a thorough understanding of what client companies do and their work culture.Interpreting a client’s requirement to confidently source candidates.Advertising vacancies via the web and social media.Search and selection – identifying and approaching suitable candidates via various methods including internal database, internet job sites, referrals, etc.Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates.Checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interviewArranging interviews for the right candidates with the clients.Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients.Informing candidates about the results of their interviewsNegotiating pay and salary rates throughout the process.Confirming arrangements between client and candidates.Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates when necessary.Account Management –

  • Acting as a second point of contact for House Accounts.
  • Typical activities include taking of requirements, attending agency briefings, arranging interviews, providing/taking feedback and closing offers.
  • Throughout these processes you will be expected to take a consultative approach, offering advice and guidance to your client where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Focusing on maintaining the existing relationships with client. You will need to have excellent listening skills and be inquisitive and determined. The successful candidate will be goal orientated and demand continually high standards from themselves and others. It is also essential to be a motivated self-starter that is organised.
