We are currently looking for an

Account Manager (f/m/d) Animal Health – Dairy Farms

  • fixed term contract (2 years) –

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Managing the accounts and sales budget of the dairy farms segment in Germany, with an ambition and commitment to achieve double digit growth rates.
  • Improving skills of the sales teams and technical team from our local partners: through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
  • Technical support: answering on all types of technical questions related to our products and biosecurity, proposing solutions (with support from our Global Animal Health Technical Support and Product Management teams);
  • Commercial guidance such as follow-up on pricing, orders, together with our Customer service team etc.;
  • You will report our Animal Health Divisional Manager region DACH & Nordics, and together we will establish your action plan and sales targets, based on agreed strategies.
  • You will introduce new products, prepare strategic discussions on how to grow the business, etc.
  • Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners in your territory.

Your profile:

  • Fluent in German and English (written and oral).
  • In depth knowledge of animal production/farming with specific knowledge either species-related mainly Dairy production or in the health or nutritional field.
  • Working experience in B2B sales, dynamic and entrepreneurial (core value).
  • Ideally a university degree in veterinary science, agriculture, business or related field.
  • Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.
