1. The employer is an accounting firm specialized in providing accounting services to about 400 franchise restaurants who face stringent regulations for compliance. An accountant at our firm shall be able to use certain software to carry out his or her duties and shall examine financial statements about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stocks, surplus, and expenditures for each franchising store to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations. 2. Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure that withholding taxes, sales taxes, state, and federal taxes are paid properly and on time for each franchising restaurant. 3. Inspect clients’ account books and accounting systems for efficiency and use of accepted accounting procedures. 4. Organize and maintain franchisees’ daily verification reports, payroll summary reports, periodic Profit & Loss and financial records. 5. Assess financial operations and make best practice recommendations to management; provide clients with financial information necessary to detect and react to inefficiencies in their daily business operations. 6.
