Accountant in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are providing a long term contract employment opportunity in the accounting industry located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role of an Accountant is essential in our team, as you will handle a variety of accounting functions, contribute to our financial services, and utilize your skills in accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.

• Conduct regular auditing of financial transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Use ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline and improve financial processes.

• Contribute to ADP – Financial Services, providing key financial insights and support.

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.

• Manage balance sheet accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Provide additional accounting support as needed, including the use of Cl Programming and Concur.

• Ensure all accounting functions are performed in accordance with established standards and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP – Financial Services is necessary

• Knowledge of CL Programming is a must

• Familiarity with Concur software is needed

• Competence in ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is essential

• Profound understanding of Accounting Functions is required

• Must be experienced in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Auditing skills are a must

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account is needed

• Experience with QuickBooks is essential
