Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Part Time Accountant in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role involves handling various accounting functions in a dynamic work environment. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting sales and use tax audits, reconciling bank statements, and utilizing Sage Intact and ADP for various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle various accounting functions using Sage Intact

• Utilize ADP for payroll processing

• Perform intermediate tasks using Excel

• Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy

• Provide support during sales and use tax audits

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Conduct auditing tasks as needed

• Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet accounts

• Take responsibility for work papers.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of accounting

• Proficiency in performing Accounting Functions

• Knowledge and experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Auditing is essential

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account

• Proficiency in Bank Account Reconciliation

• Knowledge of Sales Tax procedures

• Experience with General Ledger management

• Proficiency in using ADP Windows software
