Accountant in El Paso, Texas

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accountant in El Paso, Texas. This role involves a variety of tasks related to corporate accounting in a dynamic workplace setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain internal controls ensuring compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory laws for financial and tax reporting.

• Supervise and lead teams to accomplish departmental goals.

• Present the company’s financial condition by preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports.

• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation and reporting.

• Oversee the company’s reconciliations, ledgers, accounting schedules, and budgets.

• Provide a high level of customer service to all company departments and external business partners.

• Assist in other areas of servicing as needed.

• Ensure overall investor satisfaction.

• Utilize various Accounting Software Systems including ADP – Financial Services, ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning, and Concur.

• Perform Accounting Functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Auditing. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP – Financial Services

• Knowledge of Cl Programming

• Familiarity with Concur software

• Proficiency in ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Auditing procedures

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account operations
