Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a local company in DTC seeking an Accountant to join our team.

The accountant should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 5 years of accounting experience.

The accountant should have experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries and analysis experience.

The accountant should have intermediate excel skills and be able to navigate spreadsheets.

The accountant should have good communications skills and be a team player.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of three years of experience

• Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations is required

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
