Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a dedicated Accountant in LEBANON, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be working in the financial industry, utilizing your skills to handle various accounting functions, maintain financial records, and assist with customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to process financial transactions

• Handle and oversee both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions

• Apply ADP – Financial Services knowledge for efficient financial operations

• Responsible for auditing financial reports and records

• Manage balance sheet account and ensure its accuracy

• Create and maintain journal entries for financial transactions

• Utilize Concur for travel and expense management

• Engage in various accounting functions as required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary

• Experience with ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is a plus

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is required

• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Experience with Auditing is necessary

• Familiarity with Balance Sheet Account is needed

• Ability to make Journal Entries is required
