Accountant in Lee’s Summit, Missouri

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, 64081, United States. The role will involve working with accounting software systems and ERP solutions, with a focus on financial services. This role is within the finance and accounting industry and requires skills in accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and budget processes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data and processes.

• Regularly use ADP for financial services to ensure smooth operations.

• Implement and manage ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline business processes.

• Apply ERP solutions to optimize business operations and increase efficiency.

• Work with Great Plains (GPAC) to manage accounting operations.

• Perform accounting functions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure financial transactions are processed correctly.

• Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial procedures are followed and identify any discrepancies.

• Participate in budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reviewing. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP – Financial Services

• Familiarity with ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC)

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
