Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a diligent Credit Clerk in Los Angeles, California. The prospective candidate will be part of our accounting department, managing tasks related to customer credit applications, maintaining records, and handling customer queries. This role is crucial in ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly to ensure accuracy

• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect overdue payments

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions in daily tasks

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in accordance with company policies

• Make use of Great Plains (GPAC) in managing accounting functions

• Adhere to auditing standards and procedures in all tasks

• Participate in budget processes to support financial planning

• Use ADP – Financial Services in managing and analyzing financial data. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of accounting.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Familiarity with ADP – Financial Services is required.

• Knowledge of ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is a must.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) would be advantageous.

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Auditing skills are crucial for this role.

• Should have a strong understanding of Budget Processes.
