Accountant in Mercer Island, Washington

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accountant in Mercer Island, Washington. The role will involve working within the industry, focusing on accounting functions and software systems. The workplace environment will require you to work closely with project managers and handle various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing an accounting system conversion to enhance financial operations

• Verifying data accuracy during the accounting conversion process

• Managing Accounts Receivable to ensure all financial data is up to date

• Handling job costing tasks to support project budgeting

• Tracking project costs and maintaining budgets to ensure financial efficiency

• Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Recording journal entries to maintain accurate financial records

• Leveraging accounting software systems such as QuickBooks Desktop and Acumatica

• Utilizing Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Applying knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in daily operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Experience in ADP – Financial Services is required.

• Knowledge of Cl Programming is needed.

• Familiarity with Concur is essential.

• Proficiency in ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Mastery in Accounting Functions is required.

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial.

• Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is expected.

• Skills in Auditing are a must.

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account is needed.

• Familiarity with Acumatica is a plus.
