Description

We are offering a contract/contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accountant in Orlando, Florida. As part of our team, you’ll be handling a range of accounting duties within the property management industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Regularly perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity

• Effectively handle accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP – Financial Services to manage financial data

• Leverage ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management

• Monitor and adjust HOA fees for active residents as necessary

• Maintain and update Balance Sheet Account for accurate financial reporting.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Experience with ADP – Financial Services is mandatory.

• Familiarity with ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Ability to perform all Accounting Functions is a must.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Capability to manage Balance Sheet Account is vital.
