Accountant in Roswell, Georgia

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accountant located in Roswell, Georgia. This role primarily focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, handling customer inquiries, and taking appropriate action when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct month-end close processes and balance sheet account reconciliation

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Maintain and manage customer credit records accurately

• Analyze balance sheet areas to ensure financial accuracy

• Use Oracle and other accounting software systems to process customer credit applications

• Handle other accounting functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Utilize ADP – Financial Services and Concur to execute financial tasks

• Engage in auditing processes to ensure financial compliance

• Utilize ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning for better workflow management

• Employ Cl Programming for specific accounting tasks. Requirements

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledge of Cl Programming

• Experience with Concur

• Understanding of ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to manage Accounting Functions

• Expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Skill in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Auditing

• Knowledge of Balance Sheet Account

• Proficiency in Oracle
