Accountant in Scottsdale, Arizona

Description

We are in search of an Accountant to join our team, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role focuses on the use of NetSuite and training the team on the software. This position is also responsible for the transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite. This is a remote position offering a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiently use and navigate NetSuite accounting software

• Train the team on the use of NetSuite

• Handle accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Utilize other accounting software systems, including ADP – Financial Services, Cl Programming, and Concur

• Manage ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning

• Provide online training on NetSuite CRM.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary

• Experience with ADP – Financial Services is required

• Knowledge in Cl Programming is a plus

• Familiarity with Concur software is desirable

• A solid understanding of ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is needed

• Capability to handle various Accounting Functions is required

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is needed

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is a must

• Proven experience in Auditing is crucial

• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account is important

• Proficiency in NetSuite software is required

• Experience with Netsuite CRM will be advantageous

• Capable of managing Online training is a plus
