Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accountant in Tempe, Arizona. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and executing various accounting functions, utilizing accounting software systems, and ensuring efficient financial processes within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management.

• Implement and manage ADP – Financial Services for payroll and other financial services.

• Optimize the use of ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning systems for business process management.

• Develop and implement ERP solutions to enhance financial management.

• Utilize Great Plains (GPAC) for financial reporting and accounting.

• Execute various accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure all financial obligations are met on time.

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure all payments are received and recorded accurately.

• Perform auditing of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Participate in budget processes, providing accurate financial data and projections.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory

• Experience with ADP – Financial Services is desirable

• Knowledge of ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is expected

• Ability to use Great Plains (GPAC) is beneficial

• Demonstrable understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is a must

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Prior experience in Auditing is a plus

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is important
