Job summary:

This individual will perform accounting functions requiring thorough knowledge of general accounting methods,

principles and practices. The primary responsibilities of this position are maintaining general ledger activities, account

analysis and reporting. This role will also be responsible for the management of the Company’s banking activities,

monitoring cash balances, funding requirements and bank reconciliations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: May have responsibility for one or more of the following:

• Develops, implements and/or maintains one or more of the following accounting systems: Journal entries,

accounts receivables, accounts payable and revenue reconciliation.

• Monitor and analyze Company cash position to assure accounts are adequately funded.

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card

accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting of status of operations including sales, orders, cash position and accounts

receivable information for all GT operations (global). Prepare account analyses for assigned accounts, review and

process required GL postings, create recurring entries and prepare year-end audit schedules with supporting

documentation.

• Evaluate bank services and fees and monitor bank performance. Maximize cash return performance on bank

balances. Prepare and maintain required banking transactions.

• Compile short-term and long-term cash forecasts and coordinate the movement of any excess cash to and from

investment accounts

Required Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferablyideally in Accounting; Professional Accounting

qualification and equivalent experience required in lieu of Bachelor’s degree and/or other relevant professional

qualifications

Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years accounting experience

• SAP experience preferred

• Highly proficient computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
