Accountant: Analyze financial information to enhance accounting processes and ensure precise reporting. Utilize a robust understanding of financial data interpretation and collaborate effectively across stakeholders. Analyze financial information, such as balance sheets and profit-loss statements, to assure accurate and comprehensive budgetary, quarterly, and management reporting. Collaborate with professionals, including executives, investors, and external accountants, to evaluate cost and revenue controls, contract recognition, cash-flow processes, and accounting systems. Implement improvements to accounting functions, processes, and systems. Advocate for best practices and uniform procedures to bolster financial forecasting and strategic planning. Examine cost data, financial commitments, and general ledger entries. Compare budgeted to actual costs, integrate accounting information into reporting processes, and strategize cost reduction and profit improvement. Conduct monthly reviews of accounting results and perform cost and revenue analyses. Monitor ledger accounts, transactions, and growth projections, providing insights and identifying key variances. Prepare internal and external accounting and audit reports to facilitate organizational activities and ensure compliance. Apply knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis to provide actionable insights. Lead internal efforts with respect to data analytics using PowerBI, financial modeling, valuation, investor reporting, and fundraising support.

**[Required Education: [Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field or foreign equivalent.

**[Special Requirements: [CPA or CFA required.

**[Required Occupation Experience:[ Seven (7)[ years of related work experience. This must include experience in data analytics, PowerBI, financial modeling, valuation, investor reporting, fundraising support, private equity and infrastructure transactions including renewable solar projects in North America.
