Summary of the position
Computerizes, classifies, records, verifies, and maintains numerical data for use in maintaining financial records.
Key relationships:
Psychiatrist/physiotherapy physician, psychologist/physiotherapist, PSS workers/physiotherapist assistant, center staff, team leaders.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Compiles and sorts of documents, such as invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Prepares vouchers, invoices, account statements, reports, and other records and reviews them for accuracy.
- Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
- Verifies financial reports by running a performance analysis software program.
- Assisting with the scanning and filing of all accounting and financial department-related documents.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrative Officer
THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory qualifications are required.
- A university degree in accounting and/or any related field is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an accountant.
- Computer literate with significant experience in Excel and Word.
Languages:
- Fluent written and spoken in Arabic language (mother tongue).
- Pre-intermediate in Turkish language.

- Remote Management Tools and Techniques
- MS Excel
- MS Word
