PE Global is currently recruiting for a Part Qualified Audit Accountant to join a Top 10 business advisory and accounting firm on a permanent basis in Dublin City.The Part Qualified Audit Accountant will support the delivery of a broad range of audit assignments across various sectors. This role will operate on a hybrid model Monday – Friday.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of audit assignments across various sectors, ensuring proper planning and execution in line with the assigned risks of each project.
- Support in drafting financial statements and audit reports, including practical recommendations to address any risk issues and control weaknesses identified during audits.
- Manage multiple audit assignments concurrently, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
- Build effective working relationships with clients across all departments, facilitating the smooth progress of audits.
- Keep the Partner updated on significant issues related to ongoing work and any challenges encountered.
- Ensure audits are completed to a high standard, adhering to FRS102, Irish GAAP, and relevant accounting regulations.
- Work with the audit team to ensure adherence to the Firm’s policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in the supervision, training, and mentoring of junior staff involved in audit assignments.
- Help to manage client relationships and provide excellent client service throughout the audit process.
Requirements:
- Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA) with 9 exemptions completed.
- 2-3 years practical experience in a similar role, ideally within an audit or practice environment.
- A strong understanding of risk management, Irish GAAP, FRS102, and relevant accounting standards.
- Experience working with a diverse client base across multiple industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, with a focus on time management and quality.
