Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 16:30 (30 hours a week)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team and work closely with the owner and director.Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. This is a multi-hat role, ideal for someone who enjoys learning new skills and can multitask, taking on and completing multiple requirements. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise emails, calendars, and appointments for the owner and director.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Utilise Trello, Slack, Excel, Word, and other tools to manage tasks and projects.
- Assist in creating and editing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Support the recruitment process with administrative tasks as needed.
- Learn and implement new software and tools as required, including Chat GPT.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and office organisation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding or the ability to learn CRM systems, Trello, Slack, Excel, Word, and Chat GPT.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and flexible with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
