Administrator / SecretaryLocation: KingstonPermanent Full TimeSalary: £24,635 to £25,375Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmThis role is term time only, plus 2 weeks’ during school holidaysOur client is in need of a Administrator/Secretary to provide a proactive and responsive administrative support service to the team.Key Responsibilities as Administrator / Secretary:

• Providing effective admin support to the team
• Organise meetings
• Help with visitors and hospitality
• Travel arrangements
• Act as minute secretary for meetings
• Assist with PR opportunities
• Be first point of contact
• Write and edit correspondence
• Confidential secretarial duties

Person Specification

• Experience of working in a similar role
• Supporting at Senior level
• Administration and secretarial background
• Highly organised
• Building relationships
• Good communication skills
