What you will do:

• Ensure compliance with company processes in departmental activities.
• Coordinate clerical staffing and identify training needs for improvements.
• Participate in projects and conduct training sessions.
• Assume supervisory responsibilities during Supervisor’s absence.
• Collaborate on employee performance, subjects, and hiring decisions.
• Support the Emergency Call Handling Team and perform other assigned tasks.

Who you are:

• 4 years’ experience in a related field and post-secondary education.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Quality assurance and Quality control preferred.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes stressful environments.
• Strong organizational skills with an outstanding ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for training and team collaboration.
• Demonstrated skill in handling critical situations with composure and integrity.
• Flexible to work on-call shifts.
