Summary

Reporting to the Account Director, Business Solutions, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with a wide variety of businesses in order to sell Maskatel’s services. You will need to understand our services, in addition to selling services to new clients while providing the unparalleled customer service our company is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase our customer base among multiple companies, maintain and expand the database of potential clients
  • Make approaches and solicitations to targeted companies
  • Inform potential clients about the multiple benefits of Maskatel
  • Analyze customer needs to propose and sell adequate services
  • Collect information on customers/prospects and update files in the computer system
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service by listening to customer needs
  • Manage customer administrative files
  • Mobilize internal resources to meet the needs and solve operational problems of our customers
  • Participate in related tasks

Critical Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma
  • 1 year of sales experience
  • Knowledge of English and French, in the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders
  • Must be focused on action and driven by results
  • Must be focused on customer solutions
  • Must demonstrate a great ability to learn in the field
  • Interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy and politeness
  • Must demonstrate perseverance
  • Must enjoy working with the public and have good communication skills
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma of Professional Studies in Customer Service Agent, Sales Consulting, Customer Relations Centre or Secretarial Agent
  • All equivalent experience is relevant

Terms of Employment

  • Permanent, full-time position, 40 hours/week

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
