Agri-Lloyd – Production Operative

About the role

Agri Lloyd are looking for a Production Operative to join the team within manufacturing at their head office in Leominster.

You will be responsible for ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently; that they are of the right quality and quantity and that they are produced on time, to the satisfaction of the customer.

Main Duties will be: –

• Work as part of a team with a flexible approach to ensure that all Production needs are met. This includes a willingness to train and to train others and rotate roles within the department
• Maintain your PPE and use appropriately at all times. It is your responsibility to ensure it is in working condition.
• Operate with a high regard to your own and others Health and Safety.
• At all times ensure maximum efficiency and QC Compliance
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
• Work within a process of continuous improvement
• Flexibility to work in other areas for the needs of the business as required
